Acquisition & Ordering Policies
Protocol #01: Non-Standard Physical Authenticity
- We strictly do not deal with modernized replicas or bulk machine-made copies.
- Due to the nature of temporal aging, items may display minor foxing, natural creases, or historical ink-stamp variations.
- High-resolution micro-shadow photography with specific lighting angle certificates can be requested prior to any private acquisition dispatch.
Protocol #02: Secure Logistics & Dispatched Transit
- Standard delivery relies on premium registered priority channels (DHL Express / FedEx / Japan Post EMS) with direct signature restrictions.
- Custom clearances and localized import regulations are under the primary management registry of the designated collector.
- Items will be packed using acid-free storage cardboards inside climate-insulated micro-void packaging to prevent environment degradation during transit.
Protocol #03: Absolute Title Settlement & No-Refund Policy
- No temporary liquidity refunds or aesthetic exchanges are permitted once the physical tracking node is updated by global carriers.
- In rare events of documented transit misrouting, independent platform-level escrow tracking protocols will clear the liability mapping.
- By requesting a custom invoice routing link via our portfolio, the purchasing entity automatically consents to these sovereign vault protocols.
